The Mondulkiri Project is run by the Cambodian Elephant Rescue Organisation, a registered Cambodian ngo. Our aims are to protect forests from logging and create an elephant sanctuary for rescued elephants to retire to away from elephant rides and hard physical.
We invite people to visit the Project – a forested area with beautiful waterfalls, swimming holes and valleys, located near Sen Monorom.
Our elephant sanctuary is now home to 4 rescued elephants who are free to roam around doing whatever elephants love to do - eating, drinking, scratching against trees and playing in the mud
